The solution was implemented by Integrity Software. The project began at the end of 2015 and has recently been concluded
Ayalon Insurance has just rolled out its Web Isolation solution – Crusoe Security. This recently concluded project began at the end of 2015.
The Web Isolation solution is meant to prevent end-user computers within the organization from accessing the open Internet. The solution replaced the pre-existing Jetro system, which was based on a Microsoft RDS infrastructure.
The new solution is based on Citrix infrastructure and HDX protocol.
Udi Fleischer, Ayalon’s Vice President of Information Systems stated the following: “We are investing a significant part of our resources into information security. We’re doing this in parallel to integrating extensive controls and advanced technological measures. Ayalon sees information security as an essential component and one of the essential services we offer our clients and agents, and we work tirelessly in order to minimize any risks arising from the cyber threats that have emerged over recent years.”
Eldad Omer, Ayalon’s Infrastructure Manager, added: “Crusoe Security was implemented after a comprehensive review of several technologies. This solution was chosen in view of the technological advantages and level of network protection it offers, the product’s flexibility and simplicity of implementation and operation, its cost-effectiveness and the quality of the system integrator. The product has been integrated with the Citrix platform in order to allow it to function as part of the workstation virtualization project our company has recently undergone.”
Erez Goldstein, CEO of Crusoe Security, commented that according to Gartner’s forecast the key cyber security trends over the coming decade would be focused on isolation– isolating the risk to internal networks by means of virtualization technologies. We are part of this new generation and have embraced this wave of advanced technology while continuing to offer the best possible user experience.”
